  • Looking good bro, keep it up. Cant wait for the excuses. But i have to … but you don’t have to… or Ill lay even money someone throws out a roids comment.

    • So far no roids comments, which simply means I need to make more gainz, brah.

  • Very good, John. You definitely look fit. And anyway, I really like your focus on real personal improvement also on a physical level, because that’s what I focus on too. I enjoy pullups as well. I used to be able to do 12 or 15 consecutively when I was younger, and now, at 53, I can do 8, but now I’m training harder than ever, so I plan on improving until I reach 10 at least.

Moreover, I have firsthand experience of the fact that having a fit body helps a lot also on a mental and “spiritual” level, in ways that I might share in more detail with you and other subscribers here, if you’re interested.

Thanks. I have a long way to go. I had originally planned not to drink until my 30th birthday. I have now decided to EXTEND my health kick a little while longer, until the Mayweather/McGregor fight. Hopefully in the next four weeks I can hit some new PBs aye.

I’m willing to bet that you feel better about yourself and about the world on the days you work out, and in subsequent days as well. It is all so obvious to me now: the ‘truthers’ and assorted riff-raff are so angry, and so negative, precisely because they have given up personal responsibility for their own situation. This results in them leading unaccountable lifestyles which become like a vicious cycle.

That I managed to spend a couple of years among them and not adopt their inherently defeatist and irresponsible outlook is something for which I feel blessed. You too seem to have been able to mix with negative elements for a long time and not allow yourself to fall to their level. Let’s be honest: the ‘white nationalist’ circles include (and appear to attract) some hopeless people. Kudos to you for managing to maintain your sense of responsibility to yourself.

Absolutely. You and I ought to organise a Perspectives episode soon. Perhaps Negentropic might like to partake as well. Perhaps others might also be interested in taking part…
