JLB Member Skype #13 – Simon Shack | Psychedelics (1-Apr-2018)

What's the deal with Simon Shack and Clues Forum? Shack recently released his 'Tychos' model of the solar system, which has only raised more questions about his shtick. How could somebody who is hip to media fakery still believe that the lights in the sky are solid, physical objects? On a seemingly-unrelated note, are 'psychedelics' a harmless method for opening one's mind, or is there more to the story? And why are people like Joe Rogan pushing the Ayahuasca meme so heavily?

JLB Chats w/ John Adams (29-Mar-2018)

Are we living in the ‘end times’? If ‘apocalypse’ simply means ‘unveiling’, and we are using the internet to lift the veil on the truth, are we not ourselves taking part in the dawn of a new age? How much of George Orwell’s 1984 is applicable or relevant to what is happening today? And does it make any sense for us to spend our finite time in fear of ‘Big Brother’?

JLB Member Skype #12 – Miles Mathis | Population Hoax (18-Mar-2018)

Was Hitler Jewish? Can man weigh the moon with heavy balls in a shed? Was Stephen Hawking replaced with an actor years ago? One of the ACT realm's more infamous and obscure characters, Miles Mathis, appears to believe that the answer to each of these questions is 'yes'. In this call we evaluate Mathis' work, before detouring into discussion about the alleged death toll of 'World War II', and the official estimates of the 'global population'.

JLB Member Skype #11 – Social Health & Wellbeing (11-Mar-2018)

How much do we really know about nutrition, exercise and health? Do the processed food and medical industries have a symbiotic relationship? Why are so many people today so unhealthy, and just whose responsibility is it?

Leading the call today is Russell a.k.a Watzzupsport, a man who lives in Australia's north-eastern state of Queensland. Russell is a former triathlete and at the ripe age of 61 still competes in regular runs.

JLB Member Skype #10 – Empiricism & Philosophy (4-Mar-2018)

Is there only one way to arrive at the 'truth'? Is there something beyond our empirical senses? Why would anybody choose to not believe that the sun is a solid, physical object? What would Jay Dyer say about all of this? Is it human nature to feel uncomfortable when the people we respect are criticised by others?

A packed house was in today to discuss all of these topics and more.

JLB Member Skype #05 – Who Is Responsible? (28-Jan-2018)

Your thoughts and actions: who is responsible for them? If our lives are being recorded, have we thought through the potential consequences of judging the thoughts and actions of others? Does the ACT realm promote utopian fantasies to people who want to avoid facing reality?

This was the first Sunday Skype following a three-week break. Naturally we had plenty to discuss.

JLB Chats w/ Velocet + KHam (12-Jan-2018)

How would we know if ‘god’ were present in our day-to-day lives? Why do so few of us take the time to look into the history of where our technology comes from? Do people really want the truth, or is it possible that some people are better off in blissful ignorance? And why can’t the average person cite a single study to support their belief that cigarettes are as harmful as we are told?
