The 3/11 Grand Spectacular Megacall

It would seem that the coronavirus is ‘on the backburner’ now that the evil Soviets are front page news once again.

I know the past two years have been, at various times, difficult for most of us.

And some folks, myself included, probably don’t think the scamdemic is really over.

Perhaps we are suffering from what the quacks these days call ‘post traumatic stress disorder’.

Like those mythical Japanese soldiers who defended their tiny islands for decades, after the war had ended:

Maybe the war will never be over in our minds, it is with us forever now.

Even when the normies have all truly — literally — forgotten what even happened from 2020 to early 2022.

We’ll still be there, waiting for the next ‘variant’, the next excuse for more authoritarian control over the masses.

Then again, perhaps we are more at peace and well-adjusted to the New Normal than I am giving us credit for.

It is possible that if the scamdemic really is over, most of us will be able to let bygones be bygones and move on with our lives.

No grudges, no resentment, no lingering sense of betrayal by our fellow man at a time when the skeptics were right all along.

What do you think?

Coming this weekend will be the grandest Member Call since Sometimes Record #33.

Beginning Friday with two calls, and carrying on into Saturday with two more calls.

That’s right, four calls across two days, meaning everybody who wants to commemorate the anniversary of 3/11 will be able to do so.

I’ll be there with enough material to wax lyrical for eight hours all by myself.

I plan to go over some of my favourite syncs and tidbits from the past two years of utter madness.

And I will reflect on what has been a bizarre and life-changing two years.

How do I even ‘feel’ about the past two years of my life? I don’t know.

I guess the upcoming anniversary will be a time to explore all of this.

What 3/11 means to me, what it means to you, what it might mean to other people ‘in the future’.

I’m hoping to see quite a few of you there at some point during the two days, even if is only a brief visit to say hello.

I’m expecting the calls to act as something of a turning point, not only for the site but perhaps for some of us as individuals.

I’ll have more to say on this in the coming days.

For now, here are the times I’m proposing.

These are the times I plan to be there, ready to press record and host an official MDC episode.

It goes without saying that there’ll plenty of off-the-record chatter in between calls as usual.

The 3/11 Grand Spectacular may be the last ‘Super Saturday’ style call for a while, so this is not one to be missed.

See you there 🙋‍♂️

Previous Megacalls

Sometimes Record #33

Eighteen months ago (!) we recorded Sometimes Record #33.

Sometimes Record 33 - Where to Begin?

Thirteen hours across twelve files, featuring fifteen or sixteen different panelists.

It was epic, I plan to relisten to this one during the week to remind me where our heads where at back then.

The 9/11 Sirius Special

On the 17th anniversary of 9/11, we recorded our first Megacall.

Seven hours across three files featuring ten different panelists.

Things seemed so much more simple back then…
